What an absolute gem in Syracuse! This is easily one of the nicest coffee spots around. The moment you walk into Milano Bean Cafe SYR, the first impression is just incredible. The whole setting and aesthetic are amazing—super chill, laid-back, and filled with great vibes. They’ve really put a lot of thought into the space, with really nice bar stools, tables, counters, chairs, and cozy couches that make you want to stay a while. On top of the atmosphere, they have a massive bakery section with gorgeous, amazing options, as well as multiple full breakfast menu items. I ordered a medium iced dirty chai latte with light ice, and the barista was more than happy to accommodate. She was incredibly friendly, greeted me with a big smile, and was super kind. Every single drink our group got was really good, and their baked goods/treats look absolutely amazing. A huge bonus is that they are open really late, making it the perfect, cozy spot to study, get some work done, or just hang out. Everything on the menu is incredibly well-priced—honestly, much lower than you would expect for a place that feels this high-class and well-designed. Saw they had those cool fruit pastries and couldn’t resist but to try them out! Got a platter of them hahaha. Tried the strawberry, banana, mango, apple variations. All were excellent and exceeded my expectations. Very nice presentation with the solid cookie crumble on each bottom. Nice little cafe spot with a nice menu selection. Much appreciated 🙏

Beautiful ambiance and a great café aesthetic, but the experience didn’t quite match the prices. The mocha and latte were good, though nothing particularly memorable. The pistachio croissant was disappointing, with a hard base even after being warmed. The biggest letdown was the tiramisu—$15 for a portion that was gone in just a few bites felt excessive. Overall, it’s a nice place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere, but you’re paying more for the vibe than the quality or value. There are plenty of spots that offer much more for the same price

This review is weeks overdue but I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. So many unique and delicious items to choose from. And as you can see the food is clearly a work of art! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and guided through the options. My drink was customized for me as I did not know what to select. The drinks were a 10/10 absolutely enjoyed. Some of the desserts were a hit or miss for me (purely preference based) my absolute fave was the tiramisu!! Will definitely be back soon! Thinking of hosting a small group here weekly ☺️

I’ve lived in Cuse my whole life and out of all coffee shops in Syracuse HANDS DOWN this is the best coffee cafe. The beverages they serve are made with love a with fresh ingredients and I’m never rushed to place an order if I can’t make up my mind. The SERVICE is phenomenal we spoke to and loved Kaylee & Alex, their customer service left us feeling like we left with more than just coffee but with a friendship as well. My husband and I choose this cafe to go on our dates. Very happy this shop opened up close to us. Thank you to everyone that gave us a great experience here 🥰
